Do I need to be fit before I start?

Nope! That’s literally why we’re here. You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or confident. You just need to be ready to start. We coach you based on where you’re at, not where you think you should be.

What if I’ve tried other gyms and nothing stuck?

We hear this all the time. The difference here is structure, support, and community. You’re not doing it alone. We coach you through every session, check in with you regularly, and help you build momentum that actually lasts.

Is this like a bootcamp or group class?

Not at all. This is small group coaching, with a maximum of 8 people per session, where you’re coached properly every time. There is no shouting, and you'll never be lost in the back. You’ll always know exactly what to do and how to do it.

What happens after the 30 days?

After the 30 days , if you love it and want to stay, we’ll chat through your options. If it’s not for you, no stress, no hard feelings.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

That’s exactly why coaching matters. We tailor sessions around you, work with your current state, and ensure that everything you do is safe, effective, and adapted to your body.

What do I need to bring or do before I start?

Just show up in gym gear and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest, including walking you through everything step by step.

Will I feel out of place if I haven’t trained in ages?
